FLINT'S NUTS!

While my friend Flint from Thailand was visiting Melbourne recently he managed to whip up these incredibly tasty nuts!

The original plan was to get together for dinner and a few drinks, maybe even order in some takeaway, but we managed to forage through our mutual friend Mark's cupboards, herb and veggie patch to whip up dinner - and what an 'East Meets West' feast it was!

These nuts really do get the appetite going, and go so well with a cold beer. If you like chilli you will love these! Cheers mate!
