SPRING THYME FIZZ
Serves 1 I Prep time 5 min I Gluten Free I Dairy Free I Egg Free I Nut Free I Soy Free I Sugar Free I Vegan
PROVISIONS
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 cups of ice
- 1 blood orange, juiced.
- Soda water to fill glass
METHOD
- Muddle 1 thyme sprig in a glass.
- Top with ice.
- Pour over blood orange juice and top up with soda water.
- Garnish with remaining sprig of thyme and a slice of blood orange.
