They say to never shoot in direct sunlight, to hell with that, the sun was far too nice to be stuck inside!

Today's recipe is part of 3 recipes featured in the March issue of Yum. Gluten Free Magazine. The theme is chocolate, so I thought I would share a couple of simple savoury Mexican inspired chocolate recipes (and 1 sweetie!), using some of my favourite stone-ground staples.

Happy New Year! I know I'm a little late but I've been very busy.

It's been a beautiful summer so far. Apart from lot's of work and looking after a puppy, I've been busy in the veggie patch, had guests stay from London, worked with some amazing creatives and I've enjoyed my birthday!

To kick off this year very exciting year (can't wait to share with you!) I'm starting off with one of my favourites - the G+T.
